Making A Difference

 Humanity must manifest a shift in consciousness and awareness in order to survive as a species. This shift in consciousness and awareness must occur within a large enough body of the population of the planet to incur the “100^th Monkey Phenomenon.”  The “100^th Monkey Phenomenon” refers to a spontaneous leap of consciousness that occurs when a “critical mass” is reached. At that time, the frequency to which all humans are tuned may incorporate and sustain the evolved consciousness, which will allow us to unify rather than destroy ourselves. We’ve come along way, but global situations indicate we still have more work to do.

 What you do as an individual is critically important, for your energetic field is a part of the body of humanity.  Liken yourself to a cell within a body and know that if you’re grumpy, you make the cells around you get grumpy ( ie: think: pimple!).  But if you are stable and balanced and vital, those cells around you will entrain to be like you.  Suddenly you have an area of the body that is balanced and stable and vital – all because of you!

 Every thought brings with it an energetic vibratory frequency which then emanates from you.  This is why what you focus on is so important.  Be very aware of where your mind goes and what you bring to it.  Read, watch, think, listen to: love, peace, harmony, cooperation, because as you focus, that is what you evoke and what you contribute to the whole.  And you amplify it by conveying it.  Talking about anything raises its vibrational frequency, raises it to a higher vibration, not only by speaking it, but again by sharing it.  Now you have two people who are focused on the same stream of energy, strengthening it.  When what is shared is of a happy or positive nature, it puts out an electromagnetic vibration which then attracts more of the same to you.  That’s why it’s so important to focus on the roses instead of the thorns, why it is so important, even in the most difficult situation, to focus on what is good, on where there’s light – for in focusing on the light, more light will come to you.  What you focus on is not only what you attract to you, but what you are contributing to the electromagnetic frequency of the planet.

 Focusing on negative issues in your life empowers them.  Rather than focusing on your problems, allow problems to serve as a vehicle to point you in a different direction.  This translates into focusing on what is right rather than wrong, and works extremely well in terms of healing relationships. Be grateful for problems as they indicate that another way would work better for you.  A gift inherent in any negative feeling is the opportunity to choose otherwise.  Shift your perspective and change your world.  This is free will applied, and as you master it you will find that it is your key to happiness- use it to open another door!

 What if there are aberrant/destructive cells within humanity?  Let’s assume that the collective recognizes that there is “an imbalance in the force” ie: the suicide bombers and those causing death and destruction in Iraq.  How can you use the above principle to assist with humanity’s frequency?

 First, be responsible for your part and everyday be the light that you are.  Focus on peaceful, loving beingness.  Do not judge the aberrant cells, but rather, be present to them.  Send your energy to Iraq and stand strong in it – peaceful, loving, kind – simply BE PRESENT.  Remember that energetic frequencies will entrain to the more highly evolved vibration.  This is a metaphysical concept utilized in Quantum Touch® which implies that when two things vibrate at different frequencies, the law of resonance indicates that the lower will eventually rise, or entrain, to the higher frequency. Consequently, you will calm, you can make a difference! It is possible in Iraq – but it requires that you stand in peace and love in the face of brutality and killing, in the face of madness.

 If it is easier for you to focus on connecting with one human being over there who is in fear and chaos, stop, intend and send, clearly and strongly, loving, peaceful energy to one fearful soul – connect!  Remember, their energy will entrain, and as their vibratory field raises, so will the fields of those around him/her – a ripple effect – imagine that!  You can make a difference…DO!  Choose to through what you believe is possible.  Make a difference through what you do and how you demonstrate that possibility as reality.  Extrapolating further, imagine three of you, ten of you, one hundred of you, a thousand of you, in your homes, at your fairs, through the internet, connect and send a loving vibration to Iraq.  Sustain it!  Hold it for just a few minutes; it will make a difference!  So join collectively and empower your peaceful fields exponentially, and send your light.  Consciously participate in co-creating this world, and God Bless You as you step into your power!
